Today starts my (and I hope yours) official "watch what goes in my mouth" diet. I want to drop at least 40lbs which would boil down to losing 3.3lbs a month (you can easily figure out your monthly goal by dividing the amount of weight you want to lose by how ever many months you want to give yourself to lose the weight).
I can already feel the challenge seeping in around me. There are so many munchies calling out to me as I sit at work bored and alone. But I scared myself when I stepped on the scale and was fatter then the I was 2 months ago!
Ok, so I will be checking my weight once a week. Every Thursday at 4pm. I will update my losses (and gains) on Fridays. If I find tidbits to share along the way they will be posted through out the week .
Game face on, time to lose the fat and become Chub Free!!!!!!

I just want to say thanks for making this site. It is going to be a big help for all of us to make our changes. For me it's about making changes to what I am already eating and adding more to my diet. As I find new and exciting recipies to try I will share them with you. Today is day one and my current weight is 263 pounds. I'd like to lose 100 pounds by next august that would mean 8.3 pounds a month. I know it's a lot but because I have people who believe in me I can do it. We can do this together!! LET'S BE CHUB FREE!!!
