Ok, so in all reality I have not been the best I can be at losing weight. I am eating better.....but lacking in the exercise/workout department. I am trying to, but with work, kids, dinner, baths, and soon homework....I don't seem to have the time. The ugliness of it all is I am NOT losing weight.
I am going to try harder this week to exercise/workout. I can do it. I want to lose the weight, I want to lose the weight, I want to lose the weight,........... I have to remind myself that I do not like looking in the mirror or taking photos. I have no self control for exercise, why does it have to be so aweful?????

The workout does suck but you could make it fun. Find a friend that would walk with you and your kids. After dinner make it a point to do something active. The kids probably need to run some enegry off before bed anyways. You can always go to open swim at the pool or beach on the weekends. It does suck I totally agree but when you do it consistantly and you step on the scale and see that you lost a pound or more it feels great right? Just imagine how it will feel when you get to 5 or 10 pounds. Also hang motovational things in your house. I know come October I will have a good pic you can hang to motivate. That's what I plan on. Look how many dresses I hung up. I know you want this and I am here for you. As annoying as I might be I am here!! You are awesome and like Kait said when I was talking to her today. Not a lot of pics before the wedding just a lot of your sexy new self that day. So we can do this and I promise we will take lots of sexy pics on the big day!
You are my Hero-ette! First i am so proud of you with all the things you ahve going in your life that you are still plugging along working on this-second I love the She-Ra-I have the power icon, we totally need this in a tee-shirt!
