Weight Goals

Ok, my weight goal over a years time is for there to be 40lbs less of me. I currantly weigh 170.6 lbs and would be in the "healthy range" by dropping 40 lbs. I have attached the height and weight chart below so you can assess a healthy weight loss goal for yourself. We can do this!!!
